Kirsten Kell, MFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She earned her masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yale University. Kirsten’s work focuses on couples, pre-marital counseling, troubled teens, and other family issues. She believes that people “Grow through change” and that it can happen in several ways. She says change does not guarantee growth, but it is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and how to approach life’s challenges in effective ways. Kirsten works with couples on issues specific to big life transitions such as marriage, a move, the birth of a baby, etc. She helps new parents balance family and work life, changing roles and identity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
